My passion is to create, transform, and witness women step into the highest expression of themselves. I hold sacred communities where collaboration replaces competition, and where leadership isn’t about ego — it’s about impact.
Because when you embody this kind of work you wake up excited and grateful each day, ready for expansion and creation.
She spoke of soul before strategy, and mindset before action. She introduced me to the concept of my highest self.— and so, I began sketching her — the version of me I wanted to become. My own “To-Be List.”
Then another heart-led female soul entered my world, unlocking even more inner power and clarity. Then then another and then another, as to make sure the ripple effect can only get stronger.
My identity was questioned.
My unique skillset was belittled.
My colleagues criticized.
Every boundary I was building, was being pushed and tested.
My boss of 9+ years even labeled me “difficult”. He warned me that if I kept going, I would lose everyone who has ever supported me, once I got out of this ‘tunnel’.
Losing what doesn’t serve you is what makes space for what does.
And that was a lasting & powerful lesson!
And in the new cleansed space, I found mentors, a soul-aligned community, newly sparked levels of consciousness among my true friends, and a belief system that finally felt like home.
Unlocked my mind to new possibilities, permissions and power.
Fell in love with myself and lost 30 pounds in 90 days.
Launched a soul-rooted business, got certified as a coach and facilitator, built a thriving community.
Found clarity in my purpose, & re-ignited my passion.
Raised my standards on how I allow myself to be treated and I left corporate.
Began traveling the globe to lead and create my own events.
So, I chose to rebuild. I started rewiring my mind. I started drawing the life I wanted to live. I infused affirmations into my art. I trained my brain to operate from a place of possibility, not limitation. And day by day, I began to feel free.
Then I realized something massive: Art isn’t just an expression. It’s a tool for transformation.
So I built Olivier Expressions—first, to help creatives break free from self-doubt, fear, and limiting beliefs. Then, to help them use their newfound power to build legacies through their art.
I run an enriching coaching business, facilitate a thriving community, and host networking and transformational events for female entrepreneurs.
I live my own methodologies every day—I embody these habits, lessons & frameworks, because they work— and they continue to work to expand my reach and impact.
If I didn’t reignite and find my connection to impact again—
I would not have been able to expand the way I have or contribute like I do.
I could not have been a catalyst for someone else like those soul-led female leaders were for me.
I would not have been able to share the powerful lessons those women have taught me, to each of you.
And so their ripple effect would have ended with me.
There is a soul out there who needs to see your light, for whom you are the chosen catalyst to change their trajectory.
